Responsible use

Show up like a builder, not a bot

Falcon only works if the conversations it joins are better for it. These are the rules it writes by, and the things it never does.

How Falcon writes

Four rules in every draft

  1. Help first

A reply answers the person’s question before it mentions anything you make.

  2. Say who you are

When a reply mentions your product, it says plainly that you built it. Falcon never writes as a stranger or a happy customer.

  3. Write for the room

Each platform and community has its own norms. A Hacker News reply reads differently from an Instagram comment, and Falcon posts less where promotion is less welcome.

  4. Stay truthful

Drafts describe your product as you describe it. Falcon doesn’t invent features, results, reviews or experiences.

What Falcon never does

Lines it doesn’t cross

These hold on every platform, on every plan, whatever the settings.

  • Post from fake, shared or purchased accounts
  • Vote, like or boost to game a ranking
  • Pretend to be a customer, a stranger or an unbiased reviewer
  • Send bulk unsolicited messages
  • Hide that a reply promotes your own product
  • Work around a platform’s blocks or bans

You’re the author

Everything Falcon posts goes out under your name, from your own browser. You choose review first or automatic for each platform, set the fit bar and daily limit, and can pause everything at once. You’re responsible for what’s posted, and the acceptable use policy sets out what isn’t allowed.
