Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
This is a draft published ahead of launch and is still being reviewed. It describes how Builder Falcon works today.
The agreement between you and Builder Falcon: who can use it, what you’re responsible for when Falcon posts under your accounts, how plans, trials and renewals work, and the limits of what we promise.
About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and Builder Falcon for using builderfalcon.com, the dashboard and the Builder Falcon Chrome extension (together, “the service”). “We” means Builder Falcon; “you” means the customer using it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, and our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.
Who may use the service
The service is for businesses and for individuals building something: a product, a service or a project. You must be able to form a binding contract. If you use it for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for that company.
One account is for one business. If you run more than one, each needs its own account.
Your account and its security
You sign in with a code we send to your email address, so keep that email account secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your Builder Falcon account and in any browser where you’ve connected the extension. Anyone who can use that browser may be able to act through it.
If you think someone else has got into your account, pause all posting from the dashboard and tell us at contact@builderfalcon.com.
What the service does
Falcon learns your business from its name, links and description. It finds public posts on Reddit, X, YouTube, Instagram, Hacker News and LinkedIn that may fit, drafts replies with an AI model, and posts them from your own Chrome through the extension, as the platform account signed in there. It researches TikTok but doesn’t post there. We don’t offer email outreach.
For each platform you choose how posting works:
- Review first: you approve, edit or reject each draft before it posts.
- Automatic: drafts at or above your fit bar post without asking. We record when you turn this on.
Nothing is posted unless you approve it or turn on automatic posting. We set daily limits and minimum gaps between posts on each platform, and you can pause all posting at any time. Drafts expire after 72 hours.
What’s posted under your accounts
You are the author of every reply posted from your accounts, whether you approved it yourself or turned on automatic posting. You’re responsible for what it says and for where it goes.
- You must follow each platform’s rules and terms, and the rules of each community you post in.
- Falcon acting through your browser doesn’t give you any permission a platform hasn’t given you. If a platform limits, removes or bans your account or content, that’s between you and the platform.
- Only use Falcon with platform accounts you control and are allowed to use.
AI drafts can be wrong
Drafts are written by an AI model and can be inaccurate, incomplete or a poor fit for the conversation. The fit score comes from an automated matcher and is a guide, not a judgment. Review drafts before they post, and check your fit bar if you use automatic posting. Read how Falcon writes on our responsible use page.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you give us: your business details, your edits and your replies. You give us a license to store, copy, process and send that content, including to the providers named in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run and support the service for you. The license lasts while you use the service and for as long as we keep the data afterwards, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to share what you give us, and that the links you add are to sites you’re entitled to point us at.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It covers honesty about who you are, fake accounts, spam, false claims and respecting each platform’s protections.
Plans and billing
Each platform is its own plan, with three tiers that differ in how many posts Falcon makes there a day. You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly costs 12 months less 20% and is billed once a year. Prices are in US dollars on our pricing page, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- All your platforms share one subscription with one renewal date.
- Adding a platform or upgrading a tier is charged straight away, prorated to your renewal date.
- Downgrades take effect at renewal.
- To switch from yearly to monthly, contact us.
Billing is in a test mode while we prepare for launch. We’ll take payments once billing opens.
Free trials
You can try each platform free for 7 days. A trial needs a card on file, allows 1 post a day and uses review first only. Each platform can be trialled once per account and once per platform handle.
Unless you cancel before it ends, a trial converts to a paid Tier 1 plan for that platform and your card is charged.
Renewals, cancellation and failed payments
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel a platform, or everything, at any time. Cancellations take effect at renewal, and a platform keeps working until the date it’s paid through.
If a renewal payment fails, posting stops on every platform until you update your card. If a plan lapses, we don’t delete your data automatically.
Refunds
Refunds aren’t self-serve, and payments are generally non-refundable. If you think something has gone wrong, write to contact@builderfalcon.com. We can make a refund as an exception.
Changes to the service and these terms
We’re building the service and will change it: we may add, change or remove features, platforms and limits. Platforms also change, and some features may stop working until we catch up.
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and if a change matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
Suspension and termination
We may pause posting, suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, don’t pay, put platforms or other people at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you why.
You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your plans. To have your account and data deleted, write to contact@builderfalcon.com. The sections on your responsibilities, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after your account ends.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every post it finds will fit, or that it will bring you sales, customers, reach, replies or any other result. Platforms are run by other companies and we don’t control them. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Builder Falcon isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, including actions a platform takes against your account.
Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
